Award-winning Ruthie Foster, has been traveling the globe entertaining audiences with her combustible mix of gospel, blues, jazz, folk and soul. Having been compared to Bonnie Raitt and Aretha Franklin, she has earned multiple Grammy Award nominations, six consecutive Blues Music Awards, an Austin Music Award for Best Female Vocalist and a Living Blues Critics’ Award for Female Blues Artist of the Year.
This past year, Foster continued to travel the globe mesmerizing audiences, and was awarded the 2016 Blues Music Award Winner – Koko Taylor Award for Traditional Female Artist of the Year.
