Those who have ever wanted to own a piece of rockstar royalty in their home will have the chance at the City Farmhouse Holiday Pop-up Fair next month at Jameson Hall at The Factory at Franklin! City Farmhouse announced today that Sheryl Crow will be a featured guest vendor at the seasonal market, happening November 13 through November 15. There’s something about Kim and David Leggetts’ style that draws visitors from around the globe to shop at the City Farmhouse Pop-up Fair, a design and shopping show that hosts dozens of curated vendors in the tiny village of Leiper’s Fork, Tenn. The Leggett—owners of the popular downtown Franklin antiques shop from where the event derives its name—announced earlier this year that the brand would host three pop-up events in 2015, due to mounting popularity. City Farmhouse Is Moving To The Factory at Franklin


For the past six years, Kim and David Leggett have offered downtown Franklin shoppers a wide selection of vintage and antique items--”picked” by trusted sources from honeyholes across the country--through the City Farmhouse store on Bridge Street. This week, the nationally recognized “pickers” and interior designers announced that their brick-and-mortar shop will be permanently relocating to The Factory at Franklin, located at 230 Franklin Road. Local “pickers” and City Farmhouse store owners David and Kim Leggett have made a name within the design world of late, using their trained eye for antique and vintage pieces to establish three large-scale shopping fairs, and gather more than 100,000 page fans on Facebook.
