SUMMARY:Trust Me Honey
DESCRIPTION:The “Trust me honey” experience is a collaboration between Head Beekeeper\, Jay Williams and Jammery Chef\, Richard Jones.  Incorporating the concept of “Olfactory memory”\, we use smell and taste of various raw honeys to take guests on a guided journey of the fondest memories from their past.  In addition to using honey as our memory vehicle\, we incorporate sound\, tactile touch\, select small bites\, and unique beverages to evoke a true 3D experience with one exception: all guests are blindfolded. This guided 90 minute experience will delight you with a deeper understanding of the role taste and smell can play in memory and emotion.
