Jack Yacoubian Jewelers Holds “Open Your Heart” Silent Auction For Diamond Pendant

In downtown Franklin, our small business owners thrive on the word “community.” And that’s why more than 20 merchants will support nearly a dozen local charities this Friday, Feb. 8 through their sales as part of the “Open Your Heart” promotion coordinated by the Downtown Franklin Association (DFA). The participating DFA businesses will leave their doors open later and donate 15 percent of sales between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to a non-profit organization of their choice. January Franklin Art Scene Ushers in New Year, New Host Sites

With the new year in front of us, the Franklin Art Scene will provide the opportunity for fresh inspiration on Friday, Jan. 4.  The art crawl will guide participants to nearly 40 sites in its new quarter, and patrons will see live demonstrations and award-winning pieces, from handcrafted fine jewelry and blown glass to turned wood, mixed media and more.
