It’s a new weekend in Franklin, one that brings new opportunities for entertainment!

There’s always an opportunity to hear quality, live music in Franklin. Kingston Trio will take the stage on Friday, Sept. 14 at the Franklin Theatre! This trio emerged from the north beaches of San Francisco and has since taken the country by storm.

Williamson County Animal Control and Adoption Center (WCAC) will “unleash the love” at their second annual Waggin n’ Braggin on Saturday, Sept. 15 at Gallery 202. The family friendly event will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the gallery’s backyard space at 202 Second Ave. and will host adoptable pets in need of forever homes.

If you’re dreaming of food, Franklin on Foot’s Southern-style Food Tour on Saturday, Sept. 15 gives you a tasty option to exercise your palate! The five-block walking tour samples signature dishes at six locally owned restaurants.
