Puckett’s Restaurant to feed local families and Scout’s Pub to support local animal shelters
A. Marshall Hospitality (AMH) concepts Puckett’s Restaurant, Deacon’s New South and Scout’s Pub will launch their Puckett’s Love holiday giving initiatives starting Monday, Nov. 17 to support local families and animal shelters in need. From Nov. 17 to Dec. 19, guests at any AMH restaurant location can select an ornament from an in-restaurant tree and provide a donation, reflecting the cost of either an entire family meal or a specific pet item.
“The holidays have always been about giving back and bringing people together,” said Andy Marshall, AMH CEO and proprietor. “We’re lucky to have partners like the Boys & Girls Clubs and local animal shelters who do so much good for our communities year-round. This is an opportunity for all of us to step up in a small way.”
Gift values range from $10-30 for pet items and $10-55 for a Puckett’s family meal donation. AMH is seeking community support in feeding more than 100 families in the Southeast this holiday season, totaling more than $5,500. Local families will be identified through area nonprofits like the Boys & Girls Clubs, a longtime partner of the Puckett’s Love program. Most recently, Puckett’s Love: Feed the Community provided nearly 4,000 meals to Boys & Girls Clubs members this summer.
Puckett’s Restaurant “Gather & Give Tree” beneficiaries include area Boys & Girls Clubs throughout Tennessee, along with Grace Place Ministry in Hendersonville, Tenn. The Scout’s Pub “Howl-iday Tree” beneficiary is Snooty Giggles Dog Rescue of Williamson County. Deacon’s New South will also be supporting Boys & Girls Clubs.
