Anthropologie on Main Street is throwing a peach-themed event in front of their store on July 13, from Noon ’til 4 p.m. With the help of the Peach Truck, the event will provide locally made goods and beverages with the savory product – for example, Gwen Perkins (former owner of Chapman’s Pie Wagon II) will be serving homemade peach pie and GRAY’S on Main has whipped up an epicurean cocktail with the fruit as its feature. Other local stores, like Savory Spice Shop, are involved too!
