152nd Anniversary of the Battle of Franklin and Illumination

FreeEach year on November 30, The Battle of Franklin Trust hosts the Annual Illumination. Ten thousand luminaries are laid out to represent the 10,000 casualties from the Battle of Franklin in 1864.
The Illumination for the 152nd Anniversary will be held at the Carter Hill Battlefield Park on Columbia Avenue on November 30, 2016. A ceremony will begin at around sunset.
