Travel + Leisure Names Downtown Franklin “One of Best Towns to Celebrate Halloween”

Travel + Leisure voted Downtown Franklin one of the best towns to celebrate Halloween! They mentioned this Saturday's #Pumpkinfest festival, Franklin On Foot ghost tours, Franklin Tomorrow's chili cookoff, and the Lotz House Museum. So. much. good.
